Singing for Fun continues to meet at the Forge on Knighton Road, Wembury on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Everyone is welcome - no auditions but we try to do our best - singing mainly well known songs from the 60s onwards plus some chorale work.

We are currently working in a range of songs some of which we use piano for accompaniment. Lately we have been trying some songs where the guitar seems more appropriate. We have several new members and we are glad to have welcomed everyone, particularly more men which gives the choir a better balance. So, if any men wish to join they will no longer find themselves quite such a select group.

I Dreamed a Dream.

We are seeking a back up pianist in case our current one is unable to attend. If you or anyone you know would be willing to do this on an ad hoc basis, please let us know and we can discuss it. You/they would need to understand how different it is to accompany rather than play well.
