We are a mixed group who thoroughly enjoy our netball, but need some more people to join us. All you need to be able to do is walk! It is good exercise and helps body co-ordination so it is certainly worth giving it a try.
You do not have to have played in the dim and distant past, all abilities are welcome.
Numbers are increasing, but we could still do with some more members. It is great fun, adapted to numbers and abilities, good for your mobility, co-ordination and health, I am sure there are some more members who would enjoy at least a try at this activity.
So come on down to Plymstock School Sports Hall and give it a go.
When we started our Walking Netball Group we met fortnightly, but because of the interest in the sport we now meet every Wednesday evening.
Remember - Wednesday at 19:00 - it’s NETBALL night.

Everyone thoroughly enjoys our sessions, hence we soldier on, all loathe to admit defeat, BUT new members are needed.
